If you do not know your collection day, you can find out by calling your service provider at (707) 234-6400.
There is no collection on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
If your regular collection day falls on or after the holiday, collection is delayed one day. For example, Thanksgiving falls on a Thursday. That week, Thursday customers will be collected on Friday, and Friday customers will be collected on Saturday. Normal collection resumes the following week.
